Pacific Ergonomics makes every effort to process all orders within 72 hours of receipt; however, chairs, height-adjustable furniture, special order items, and other products shipped directly from the manufacturer are excluded.  Upon purchasing your products, you will receive an e-mail confirmation which will indicate an approximate ship date.

Shipping Information is NOT available via telephone.  Please direct all specific shipping inquiries via e-mail. Your e-mail will be responded to within 24-hours, but typically no more than 4 hours.

Orders placed on weekends, Holidays, or businesses days after 5 p.m. PST, will process the next business day

You will continually receive e-mails updating you as to the status of your order, e.g. "Pending, Processing, Shipped, Delivered."  Upon being shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your order via e-mail.  To ensure proper communication between Pacific Ergonomics and you, please ensure that your e-mail address is correct.
