Most products purchased from Pacific Ergonomics (chairs, height-adjustable workstations, headsets, and keyboard trays) are not returnable and non-refundable. If you have any concerns as to whether or not your order is available for return, please call Pacific Ergonomics at 619-546-0872. Office hours are Monday thru Friday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Pacific Standard Time. Calls are returned as promptly as possible. If purchased items are available for return or credit, customer must call Pacific Ergonomics for an RMA Number, which the customer must write/affix to the shipping carton. Customer pays ALL return shipping fees and assumes any liabilty for damge encurred during return-shipment. Requests for RMA (Return Materials Authorization) cannot be older than 10 business days from date of delivery. When requesting an RMA Number, the customer must provide the Pacific Ergonomics Invoice and/or Sales Transaction Number. Minimum 30% restocking/handling charge will apply. For Credit, returned items must be in "New Product" condition with absolutely no visible or functional damage. Items must be returned in original packaging, with NO PARTS MISSING, including any instructions or hardware.
Hardware items (including mice, keyboards, and headsets) are generally not returnable. However, return consideration may be given, at the sole discretion of Pacific Ergonomics, whenever items are unopened or unused.
