User should be able to reach the keyboard with wrists as flat as possible.
Elbow angle is at greater than 90° to avoid nerve compression at the elbow (negative tilt, with hand below elbows).
Upper arm and elbow should be close to the body and as relaxed as possible for mouse use. Avoid overreaching.
Wrists should be straight as possible when using the mouse and keyboard.
